1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Epayget LLC, a company registered in the United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the following Android apps, listed on Google Play under the developer name Bangladeshi Software Ltd.:

This policy covers these apps and the Document & PDF Tools website. It distinguishes files processed on your device from information sent through advertising, analytics, diagnostics, website hosting, or support services. Epayget LLC is responsible for the processing it determines; some providers also process information for their own purposes.

2. Information handled by the apps

Documents and images on your device

The apps access documents and images to provide their reading, editing, conversion, and file-management functions. We do not upload your document or image contents to our servers. Local processing may involve file names, file types, and other file information needed to display and manage those files.

If you choose to share a file through another app or send an attachment to support, the recipient receives the content you choose to send. That is separate from local document processing. Please avoid sending confidential files when a description of an issue is sufficient.

Device, usage, advertising, and diagnostic information

Both apps use the third-party services listed below. Their integrations may transmit device or advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device and operating-system information, app versions, interactions with the app or ads, and crash or performance information. Location information is also described in our app disclosures. Its availability depends on the device, permissions, and service configuration. These data flows are separate from the local document contents described above.

Support messages

When you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments or technical details you choose to include. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and investigate the issue you report.

3. Permissions and device controls

File access supports the document-management functions. All Document Reader Home’s store listing identifies the Android all-files access permission, MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. You can review and change available permissions in Android settings; restricting access may prevent some features from working. The precise permissions available depend on the app and Android version.

All Document Reader Home is described in its current store listing as a launcher app and may change the home-screen layout. You can review your default home app in Android settings. A device permission is not, by itself, permission to use data for unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Purposes and applicable legal bases

Information is handled to provide document functions, answer support requests, deliver and measure advertisements, understand app usage, and investigate errors and performance. Both apps are advertising-supported; they do not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to deliver a requested service may rely on performance of a contract; legally required disclosures may rely on a legal obligation. Consent is required for processing where applicable law requires it. Legitimate interests may apply to proportionate service reliability or security processing only after the required assessment of users’ rights.

Reading this policy or accepting the Terms of Service is not consent to optional tracking or personalized advertising. Where consent is the legal basis, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. Third-party services and disclosures

These services support advertising, measurement, analytics, diagnostics, or platform functions according to the integration used. Some may receive information directly from the device. Their own processing is described in their notices. Linking their policies does not replace our responsibility to disclose and manage the app’s actual data flows.

Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a valid legal requirement, protect legal rights, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.

6. Website information

Our website has no account system, analytics scripts, advertising SDKs, or contact-form backend. It links to Google Play and opens your email application when you select an email link. The website hosting service receives connection information such as IP addresses and requested URLs to deliver pages and operate the hosting service.

If the website is hosted on Cloudflare, its processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. App SDKs listed above are not embedded in this website. We will update this policy if we introduce additional website data collection.

7. Retention and deletion

Current practice: We currently retain collected information without a fixed end date and do not operate a routine deletion schedule. Third-party providers may use different retention settings. This describes the current practice; it does not remove legal limits on retention or your applicable rights.

The apps have no in-app deletion-request interface and no user accounts to delete. You can remove local files using available file-management tools. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily remove documents stored outside that app, and does not delete data already held by third parties.

You can contact [email protected] about access, retention, or deletion. This email address is the contact point for privacy inquiries and requests; it is not an automated deletion tool. Requests are subject to applicable legal rights, permitted exceptions, and identification of the relevant records. We do not represent that uninstalling the app or emailing us automatically deletes records held by every provider.

8. Choices and privacy rights

You can review app permissions and the advertising controls available in your version of Android. Resetting or deleting an advertising identifier does not necessarily delete previously collected information. Third-party services may offer additional controls described in their policies.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. Exceptions and verification requirements may apply. Where applicable, you may complain to your data-protection authority or appeal a decision under the relevant law. Exercising a legal privacy right must not result in unlawful discrimination.

To raise a request, email us with the app name and a description of the request. Do not send passwords or government identity documents with your initial message. The lack of an app account or in-app deletion button does not waive statutory rights.

9. International processing and security

We are based in the United States and make the apps available globally. Service providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law restricts cross-border transfers, a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards are required.

Please protect your device and keep backups of important documents. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. The local-file handling described above does not mean that advertising or diagnostic data stays on your device, and we do not represent that all processing is end-to-end encrypted.

10. Children

The apps are general-purpose document tools and are not primarily intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an app, please contact us. When information about a child requires parental consent or deletion under applicable law, those requirements take precedence over our general retention practice.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or data practices. The revision date is displayed above. Material changes require appropriate notice and fresh consent where required by law. A policy update cannot authorize new processing merely because a person continues using the app.
