Terms of Service
1. The service and its operator
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and Epayget LLC, a company registered in the United States, for use of the Document & PDF Tools website and these Android applications:
- All Document Reader Home, previously named All Document Reader & Editor (
com.officetool.alldocument.reader.editor). - PDF Reader - PDF Editor (
com.officetool.pdfreader.pdfeditor).
The developer display name on Google Play is Bangladeshi Software Ltd. Contact us at [email protected].
2. Agreement, eligibility and access
Please read these terms before using the service. Where these terms are presented for acceptance, accepting them forms an agreement with Epayget LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Required consent for personal-data processing is separate from agreement to these terms. These terms apply subject to legally required notice and acceptance procedures.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have appropriate permission from a parent or guardian where permitted by applicable law. The apps are general-purpose tools and are not primarily directed at children. No registration or login is required.
You are responsible for a compatible device, connectivity when needed, and any charges imposed by your network provider. Features and compatibility may vary by app version, operating system, and device.
3. Permission to use the apps
Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to install and use the apps for their intended document functions. This does not transfer ownership of the app software, branding, or other intellectual property.
You may not use the service unlawfully, distribute malicious code, interfere with its operation, circumvent security measures, or reproduce or distribute the software without authorization. Restrictions on analysis, modification, or interoperability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override statutory exceptions or applicable open-source licences.
4. Your documents and device
You retain ownership of your documents and images. You must have the rights or permission needed to open, modify, or share them. The apps do not upload your document or image contents to our servers. No licence to sell your documents or use their contents for advertising is granted by these terms.
Keep backups of important files. Review the result before relying on an edit, conversion, annotation, or shared document. File compatibility and rendering may vary, and not every file or layout will display identically across software.
When you share a file through another service, you choose the recipient and content. Review that service’s terms and privacy practices.
All Document Reader Home includes launcher functionality according to its current store listing. Selecting it as a home app may change your home-screen layout. You can review the default home-app selection in Android settings. Permissions can be managed in device settings, though revoking access may limit functionality.
5. Advertising and charges
The apps are supported by advertising. They currently offer no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Advertisements may be provided by third parties. An advertisement is not our endorsement of its content, and any transaction you choose to enter into with an advertiser is separate from the document service.
If paid features are introduced in the future, prices and applicable payment terms must be disclosed before a purchase. These terms do not authorize a future charge or subscription.
6. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains local file handling and separate data processing for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, support, and website hosting. Agreeing to these terms does not replace separate consent required for tracking or other processing under applicable law.
The apps use Google Play services, AdMob, Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Facebook / Meta, Volcengine, and SolarEngine. Their operation and associated data practices must remain consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable disclosures.
7. Third-party services
Google Play, linked websites, advertisers, and other external services may have their own terms. We do not control their availability or all aspects of their services. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that applicable law places on us for our selection or use of service providers.
8. Updates and availability
We may update features to maintain, improve, or secure the apps. Availability may be affected by maintenance, device compatibility, or factors outside our control. We do not promise that every feature will remain available forever.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes or discontinuation and preserve any mandatory consumer remedies. Features described as planned or coming soon are not a promise of a particular release date.
9. Responsible reliance and warranties
The apps are general document tools. Their outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Verify important information independently before relying on it.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, service standard, or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful use, your unauthorized modifications, or events outside our reasonable control. Liability is assessed under applicable law, including any required standards of causation and foreseeability.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited, or any other liability or remedy that the law does not permit us to exclude. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory privacy or consumer rights.
11. Ending use
You may stop using the apps and uninstall them at any time. Uninstalling is not an instruction to delete every document on your device or every record held by a third-party provider. See the Privacy Policy for retention and privacy inquiries.
We may discontinue access to services we control if required by law or necessary to address a material breach or security threat. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. This clause does not imply that we can remotely erase locally stored files.
12. Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not require you to give up a legal remedy or delay action beyond any applicable deadline.
The applicable law and competent courts are determined under the rules that apply to your circumstances. Mandatory protections in your country of residence remain available where applicable. No compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver, or exclusive US venue is imposed by these terms.
13. Changes and general provisions
The revision date appears above. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes require appropriate notice and renewed agreement where applicable. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law. Our decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it on another. These terms do not alter third-party or open-source licence rights.
